For candidates
How do you check a listing before it goes live?
Every listing is read by our team before it is published, and an automatic check flags scam wording for the reviewer first. We look at the same things every time: a real work email (or a good reason for a personal one), a company website and social presence with some history, how it pays disclosed up front (a real range for cash pay), and no "download and run this" tests. A listing that fails stays off the site. A check is a screening, not a guarantee, so report anything that feels off.
Will a company here ever ask me for money, my seed phrase, or to install something?
It must not. Our Terms forbid asking candidates for any payment or deposit, a seed phrase, a private key or a wallet connection, or to run files, tools or code they don't trust. Listings are checked for exactly this before they go live. If anyone asks anyway, stop and report the listing or the conversation.
Who can see my profile, and when?
Only signed-in companies can browse candidates, and every section of your profile (career history, socials, skills, video and more) has its own show/hide switch. When a company messages you first, it sees only your first name until you apply to one of its jobs or share your details in that conversation. Applying to a job shares your full profile and contact details with that company.
Can I stop a company from contacting me?
Yes. Block the company from your conversation with it, and it can no longer message you. You can unblock it later.
Do you read my messages?
We don't monitor conversations. We open one only when someone in it reports it, when the law requires it, or to look into fraud or abuse, as our Terms say.
Does one profile really cover every application?
Yes. Your resume, salary expectations and answers are saved once and reused on every application. A few jobs ask for more, such as a note or a short video, and their apply form says so.
What happens after I apply?
You can follow every application on your applications page: new, reviewing, interview, offer, hired or rejected. We email you when a company moves you to interview, makes an offer, hires you or turns you down, and when a message from a company is waiting unread. You can also withdraw an application yourself.
How do I hear about new jobs?
On the jobs page, set your filters, save them as a preset and turn on "Alert me about new matches". We email you when a new listing fits.
For companies
Can a recruiter or agency post for us?
Yes, if you asked them to hire for you. Their listings go through the same review as every other one, and we can ask for proof that you authorized them.
Can we limit who can apply?
Yes. A listing can require a minimum level of experience, a portfolio, or a location. A candidate who doesn't meet it sees exactly what is missing before applying.
Can our whole team work from one account?
Yes. The owner invites teammates, each with their own login, and listings and conversations can be handed over between them.
Do we have to publish a number if we pay in tokens or equity?
No. Say how you pay: fiat, crypto, tokens, equity or a mix. Cash pay (fiat, crypto or a mix) needs a real range, or a level if you'd rather not show the exact figure. Token and equity terms stay between you and the candidate.
What happens if you take our listing down?
If we remove a live listing, what you paid for that run goes back to your balance in full. A banned account gets nothing back. The details are in our Terms.
Your account
How do I report a scam?
Every job page has a "Report this listing" button, and any conversation can be reported from the chat. Reports go straight to our review queue.
How do I delete my account?
At the bottom of your account settings (for a company, the owner's). Your account and everything in it (profile, applications, conversations, files) is erased for good 24 hours later. Until then you can cancel it yourself, unless our team scheduled the deletion; then contact us.
