We’re hiring a Lifecycle Specialist to own our email, push, and in-app messaging, optimising existing journeys, filling funnel gaps, and balancing our campaign calendar to boost activation, retention, and ARPU.

You’ll test messaging, timing, and cohorts to drive growth, using AI to automate manual workflows across campaign creation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own our lifecycle programme across email, push and in-app banners: run existing journeys and build new ones where the funnel has gaps
• Manage transactional, triggered, seasonal and product campaigns, keeping the comms calendar coherent and avoiding over-messaging
• Build growth, activation and retention strategies to increase ARPU
• Run experiments on messaging, timing, channels and cohorts, and report on what moves activation and retention KPIs
• Use AI to automate manual work and to speed up campaign creation, QA and reporting

Requirements

• Have experience in CRM, lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally in a B2C app (fintech or crypto)
• Hands-on with an ESP or CEP such as Iterable, HubSpot or similar, building email and push automations, including transactional and triggered flows
• Growth mindset: funnels, cohorts, activation, churn, and how to keep users engaged without overwhelming them
• Strong analytics: A/B testing, cohort analysis, and comfortable pulling your own numbers (Mixpanel, Metabase or SQL a plus)
• Structured, methodical and confident sharing ideas with the team
• Must have an interest in crypto
