Founding Software Engineer

We’re hiring 2 Founding Software Engineers to join us at the very beginning of a new company building from the ground up.

We’re building a technology-driven company operating in crypto markets, with a focus on proprietary trading and market making. We’re intentionally keeping the details under wraps for now, but there’s a lot to build.

This is an opportunity to join early, have significant ownership over the technical direction, and help shape both the product and the engineering culture as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Build a new platform from the ground up
• Make foundational architectural and technical decisions
• Own significant parts of the product and infrastructure
• Work closely with the founders to turn ideas into production systems
• Join the company early and have a meaningful influence on its direction
• Help shape the engineering culture and team as we grow
• Grow alongside the company as it scales

Requirements

• Strong experience with Solana / crypto
• Professional experience with Rust
• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Ability to work independently and make pragmatic architectural decisions
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage, highly autonomous environment
