Marketing & Growth Lead

The Role

Hylo is hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead to scale our presence across Crypto Twitter, drive product adoption, and grow our brand in the Solana ecosystem.

You will work directly alongside the founding team to shape our marketing strategy, create content, and execute campaigns that turn attention into users, TVL, and revenue.

About Hylo

Hylo is building the home of tokenized leverage. Traders use our leveraged tokens like xSOL to take amplified positions in the assets they believe in without traditional liquidations. Yield seekers use hyUSD and eHYUSD to source industry-leading returns on dollars without relying on a fund manager or trading desk.

Today Hylo holds over $60 million in TVL across product lines. We have raised multiple venture rounds from top-tier investment firms including Solana Ventures, Colosseum, and Robot Ventures.

Responsibilities

• Social & Crypto Twitter. Co-manage Hylo's X presence, publishing 2–3 posts daily with the team. Track narratives, spot trends, and react quickly with relevant content.
• AI & Creative. Use AI to create visuals, videos, and content, build tools, and automate workflows. Work with our creative studio on larger productions.
• GTM & Distribution. Lead product launches and marketing campaigns. Coordinate KOLs, write creative briefs, and drive organic growth with minimal budget.
• Ecosystem & Community. Run co-marketing initiatives with DeFi partners, build relationships across Solana, and engage with the community.
• Experimentation & Growth. Test new content formats and distribution channels. Track engagement, acquisition, and conversion to improve results.

Requirements

• Solana DeFi expertise. You're an active DeFi participant with a strong understanding of Solana, its users, trading, leverage, and yield.
• Proven track record. You've grown accounts and executed successful marketing campaigns, with measurable results.
• Solana network. You have established relationships with influential Solana voices and the Solana Foundation.
• Creative & AI-native. You have strong writing and creative skills and use AI tools to produce content and work efficiently.
• Ownership & resourcefulness. You're autonomous, fast-moving, and know how to generate attention with limited resources.
