AP Processor (Part-Time Contract)

You will support accounts payable and receivables for Mesh on a part-time basis, using Bill.com, NetSuite and AI-assisted invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Triage the AP inbox and review bills captured in Bill.com before they route for approval.
• Collect vendor forms (W-9, W-8BEN) and file new-contractor reports.
• Answer routine vendor questions and follow up on missing card receipts.
• Send scheduled payment reminders and first collection follow-ups.
• Help clear older and miscoded bills in the first two months

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts payable or receivable.
• Bill.com and NetSuite experience.
• Reliable availability during US business hours.
• Fluent written English; Spanish a plus.

In-Office Expectations

Employees based in our San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore hubs are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time (approximately two days per week). This expectation may vary slightly depending on role, team, and business needs.
